eskimo worked with Eastland and Margaret Zhang on a collaboration for her first book ‘In the Youth of our Fury’. Zhang photographed a range of distinctly Australian locations and people, to create twelve amazing visual essays — a compelling commentary on the pressures and challenges faced in modern culture. eskimo, worked closely with Zhang to express her vision and this collaborative approach allowed for us to create the best possible outcome — a beautiful 180 page, bound book with a hand–written gold foil cover. The design embodied the values of both Margaret Zhang and Eastland with respect for the photography and story-telling through; visual edit, typographic craft and pace. This limited edition book coincided with the exclusive exhibition at Eastland during September 2016.
